After a busy summer of filming, Marcus Wareing returns to The Gilbert Scott this autumn, steering the restaurant into an exciting new season that celebrates classical British cooking at its best. Working closely with the restaurant team, Marcus has developed a menu featuring quality seasonal produce with ingredients sourced from his own farm in Sussex.
New dishes include devilled Cornish mackerel, cucumber and dill; Rhug Estate grouse, white bean purée, hispi cabbage, triple cooked potato and game jus, and roasted Melfort farm cauliflower, lemon, caper and gherkin.
