In support of the launch of Chef Chantelle’s new book, ‘Planted‘, published Thursday 19th April, her fellow compatriot, Chef Peter Gordon (of The Providores and Tapa Room-fame), is joining her at Tredwells to co-create a truly unique, plant-based menu.
As a young foodie in New Zealand, Peter was someone I looked up to and admired hugely, so to have the opportunity to cook with him is the realisation of a dream come true
On Tuesday 1st May, these two Kiwi culinary masterminds, will alternate courses between a 6 course menu, all in celebration of the most adaptable of food groups, the VEGETABLE.
Chantelle is a fabulous and creative chef and to be able to help celebrate her new book is a real pleasure
