Marcus Restaurant is now open on Sundays!
After expanding the menu earlier this year, we’ve now extended our opening hours, welcoming guests from 12pm every Sunday for both lunch and dinner.
Dining options are flexible, with guests able to choose between the a la carte, chef’s set menu or Taste menu, which covers either five or eight courses. Each dish is informed by the seasons and aims to highlight quality and provenance through the best ingredients, sourced from a trusted network of suppliers.
Over the colder months, guests can expect dishes such as Roast Orkney scallop, with crispy kale, smoked cod roe and beef and bone marrow vinaigrette, or Herdwick lamb rack with confit breast, beetroot and sage pesto. Desserts include maple custard, cox apple caramel, cashew praline, and Gateau Opera, passion fruit, almond granola and vanilla.
In addition, all private dining spaces at Marcus will be available to book on Sundays, including the intimate Chef’s Table. Seating just 10 guests, it offers a first-row seat into the theatre of the kitchen, giving visitors the opportunity to ask questions and watch their dishes come to life.
