On the 25th September, we celebrated our 4th Birthday at Tredwells and to mark the occasion, Chef Chantelle Nicholson and the team have launched a special Taste of Tredwells menu, a 5-course tasting menu showcasing the very best of seasonal British ingredients.
The special menu sits alongside our famous Vegwells Tasting menu which has garnered recognition as one of London’s best and only plant-based tasting menus. The two menus can be enjoyed by meat-eaters and plant-based diners alike, cementing our reputation for delivering exciting and creative experiences for all guests, irrelevant of their dietary preferences.
The past four years have been a whirlwind journey for Chef Chantelle and the team, none more so than 2018 which saw the release of Chantelle’s first solo-debut cookbook Planted to huge critical acclaim. The reception to the restaurant-style, plant-based recipes inspired the launch of our monthly, sold-out Planted supper-clubs and featured guest collaborations with Great British Chefs, Bettina Campolucci Bordi and Kiwi compatriot, Peter Gordon of The Providores and Tapa Room fame.
Both menus share the same principles when it celebrating the very best of local, seasonal produce with a global twist and are set to change monthly in accordance with the seasons.
