We are excited to welcome the new season with our Taste of Winter menu, available for lunch and dinner, Monday to Saturday. Highlighting our favourite produce available at this time of year, Marcus and the team ensure only the best produce is sourced from a trusted network of suppliers, including ingredients from Marcus’s own kitchen garden in Sussex.
The menu opens with mackerel, smoked eel and dill followed by octopus, chilli, lime and English wasabi. Next, you’ll sample an array of dishes with elements including quail with smoked almond, 72 hour beef short rib, and Goosnargh duck. Finishing your meal on two delightful desserts, including one of our most popular dishes — coffee, mascarpone, Bourbon.
