In celebration of one of New Zealand’s most popular commodities, Sauvignon Blanc, two of the country’s other favourite exports have joined forces to bring The Sauvignon Sessions to Tredwells next month.
Chantelle Nicholson, Chef Patron of Tredwells, and Melanie Brown, Owner & Founder of The New Zealand Cellar, have come together to create two truly exceptional evenings, in the run-up to International Sauvignon Blanc Day on Friday 4th May.
Each of the two themed events will include a 3 course menu designed by Chantelle, tailored to suit the flavours of the six Sauvignon Blancs on offer, giving guests the chance to taste a selection of lesser known, exclusive wines. Chantelle and Melanie will be on-hand throughout the evening providing insights into both the food and the wine, and divulging each of their Sauvignon secrets and stories.
