Chantelle Nicholson has appeared on the most recent series of Tricks of the Restaurant Trade. Talking to presenter Sophie Morgan, Chantelle discussed the ways in which Tredwells caters for the growing number of customers with allergens. Taking precautions in the kitchen when it comes to prep, and ensuring that our menus have a clear, coded allergen key  are just a few of the ways that Chantelle has made dining-out with allergies less problematic.
