Mezcal Mary Cocktail Recipe

Introducing the Mezcal Mary, George’s Bar twist on the infamous Bloody Mary — made with Corte Vetusto Mezcal and homemade spice mix. Have a go at home with our recipe below.

INGREDIENTS
50ml Corte Vetusto Mezcal
20ml Lemon Juice
Fresh Tomato Juice
Spice Mix

FOR THE SPICE MIX
2 tsp ground mustard powder
2 tsp English mustard
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dried paprika
1 dried red chilli, crushed
1/2 onion powder
2 tsp horseradish
1/2 mushroom ketchup

METHOD
Combine the Mezcal with the lemon juice and stir in the spice mix, top up with fresh tomato juice and garnish with half a fresh celery stick, half a cherry tomato and a slice of cucumber.
