With the days getting longer, flowers in bloom and veggie gardens flourishing, Marcus Restaurant is introducing new menus that reflect the very best of Spring.
Designed by Marcus Wareing, Head Chef Craig Johnston and Senior Sous Chef, Jack Hazell, the new menus reflect the bounty of British produce on our doorstep, supplied by some of the UK’s finest farmers, gardeners, fishermen and producers.
Expect the likes of asparagus, cucumber, courgette, basil, nettles, sea bass and mackerel, as well as favourites such as Galloway beef, Herdwick lamb, Orkney scallops and Scottish halibut.
