Experienced Waiters

Assistant Head Sommelier

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated sommelier to join our Head Sommelier and Management team at The Gilbert Scott. Whilst working in one of London’s most beautiful dining rooms you will work in conjunction with the team on our wine list, which includes over 350 bins, as well as training initiatives, cellar maintenance and our hospitality and guest experience.

Do you have:

– A passion to ensure our guests receive a memorable experience
– Extensive wine and food knowledge and a want to learn more
– A good eye for detail
– An ability to genuinely inspire and lead others in the sommelier and front of house team
– Previous experience in a UK restaurant

Floor Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a floor manager/junior manager to join our fantastic team at Tredwells. If you have experience in this role, or are a senior waiter ready to take the next step then this role may be for you.

Working within our management team, we are looking for people who think creatively and look for solutions before issues arise.  This will be a very hands on role which suits someone with a positive outlook who enjoys working with people and food. The ideal candidate will want to contribute to creating a great working environment for all of our team.
