We are currently looking for a strong, talented and inspirational Restaurant Manager to join our team at Marcus, working alongside our recently appointed Chef Patrons, and Executive Head Sommelier. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be passionate about food, wine and people. With great attention to detail, previous experience working in a Michelin-starred restaurant is essential.
