"People ask me if I've mellowed...": Marcus' Interview with The Telegraph Magazine

Marcus sat down with Guy Kelly at The Telegraph Magazine to chat Tales from a Kitchen Garden, his new appreciation for where food comes from and if he's mellowed out at all (spoiler alert: absolutely not!).

From starting out at The Savoy, to his new pet ducks and pigs, he discusses the differences between life in the kitchen and at home with wife Jane and the kids.
