Compass
In 2021, Marcus entered into a partnership with leading foodservice and support services company, Compass Group UK & Ireland, through the ‘Forward with Marcus Wareing’ culinary programme.
The landmark programme runs alongside a Level 4 Senior Culinary Chef or Level 5 Operations Departmental Manager apprentice standard, delivered in partnership with national hospitality training provider, HIT Training.
Designed to build skills, grow knowledge and expand imagination, candidates explore every aspect of the kitchen, including sustainability, diversity, mental health, leadership styles and more. The programme also includes stepping away from the pass with practical experiences that allow the chefs to deepen their understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and approaches.
Circulon
Marcus is the brand partner for the SteelShield™ range from cookware company Circulon. The partnership was a natural one for both parties, with Marcus already using Circulon pans at Marcus Belgravia. The SteelShield™ range uses raised stainless steel ridges to protect non-stick grooves, ensuring a consistent result with every dish.
Circulon has been pushing the limits of what cookware can deliver since 1985, when it first delivered a non-stick, coloured, dishwasher-safe and induction-friendly pan to market.
