Head Chef Craig Johnston wins a 2022 Acorn Award

We're incredibly proud to announce Head Chef Craig Johnston has been recognised as one of the industry's brightest talents with an Acorn Award for 2022.

The prestigious awards, also known as the 30 under 30, celebrate the achievements of hospitality's rising stars, with previous winners including our very own Marcus Wareing, Marco Pierre White and Jamie Oliver.

Craig said: "It's a huge honour to be recognised with an Acorn, I was very surprised! It was fantastic to meet the other winners and I can't wait to see how we can elevate our industry even further."

Craig was recognised for his efforts over the last 12 months since re-opening, including his promotion to Head Chef. From managing a team of 19, to menu development and encouraging the progression of junior members, he has ensured the ongoing success of the restaurant, while advocating for the industry as a whole.
